I'm one of the elder statesmen that saw the orignal "back in the day" . The movie was a thriller, but best part of the movie was the sound track. I plan to see the remake during the week, but I would guess that some of the folk who saw the original had the old sound track going in the back of their minds and if this one doesn't have a decent sound track it could affect how it is received.
