Wait haven’t we seen this movie before? Why does this look so familiar? But at least they are dressing up like girls in this movie.

This is going to be great on cable!

I think we’ve all been looking forward to this Tyler Perry movie. I know this movie is going to be silly but isn’t that what we love about him? I don’t care if this movie really doesn’t have a plot, I just want to go laugh and laugh out loud. Go Madea!!

I can’t wait until Friday!!

Opening February 13, 2009

So you are wondering if this is a remake of the 1980 cult classic, Friday the 13th? Well no. According to IMDB.com, this one is about a group of friends end up missing in the woods near the abandoned Camp Crystal Lake, after allowing their curiosity to get the better of them and visiting the site where a psychopathic killer resides. Meanwhile another group of friends go to a cabin on the lake for a weekend of sex, booze, and drugs. However their seemingly fun weekend soon escalates into a nightmare after lone traveler shows up looking for his missing sister. The group soon find themselves face to face with evil reborn, reimagined, and rebooted, and his name is Jason Voorhees.
Can’t say that I’m excited about see this movie. Personally, how about we leave good enough alone?

This movie looks really cute. Not great but cute. I will really enjoy this movie when I watch on cable!

I hope this movie is better than the trailer, because the trailer doesn’t make me want to see it. Actually it looks like the movie, The Interpreter. I love Clive Owen but…so when will this premiere on HBO?

Are you really, OBSESSED?

Let me start by saying that I like Beyonce. I am a fan of her music and I enjoyed her in Dreamgirls. But I really don't think she can act. Watch this trailer of Obsessed and tell me if you would have liked to have seen Kerri Washington, Kimberly Elise or anybody else play this part who can...ACT!!! UGH!!

But doesn't it seem like we've seen this movie before? I mean, is this the updated version of Fatal Attraction? Or is it cross between The Temp & The Crush? You might not have heard of those movies but they are worth renting before you go see Obsessed.

Star Trek: The Movie 2009

OMG!!! Did you see this trailer during the Super Bowl yesterday? WOW! I can't wait to see this movie. I'm a big Star Trek fan. Well of the original Star Trek. I love Lt. Uhura and I'm so excited that Zoe Saldana is playing her. Wow!! Here's the trailer one more time!

What's the plot? Don't really know. All that was post on IMDB.com has been posted is Explores the early Starfleet careers of future Enterprise officers Kirk (Chris Pine), Spock (Zachary Quinto), Scotty (Simon Pegg), Amanda Grayson (Winona Ryder), Uhura (Zoe Saldana), McCoy (Karl Urban), Sulu (John Cho), and Chekhov (Anton Yelchin). A Romulan, Nero (Eric Bana), and a much older Spock (Leonard Nimoy) are influences, as well as Captain Pike (Bruce Greenwood), the first captain of the USS Enterprise. That doesn't say much but it's a start. Is it May 8th yet?

Opening February 6, 2009

There’s not much to say about this movie. It’s from the director of A Nightmare Before Christmas and it looks just like that movie! I can’t say that I’d take the kids to see it. But I thought Nightmare was too scary for kids. This movie just looks strange…real strange!

This movie looks so funny! I like the concept of the movie. I just hope it is as good as the trailer and they aren’t showing all of the best parts.

I didn’t think the first one was good, so what made them decide to make part 2? Some stuff just shouldn’t be remade. I love Steve Martin and all but this isn’t his best work.

Interesting looking movie. Can’t say that I’m running to go see it. Maybe I’ll watch it on DVD because it seems so familiar. Haven’t I seen this before? Oh wait, it’s called The X-Men!
